  • What is the refund and return policy?
    Due to the nature of services and products provided there is a strict policy in place. If there is a problem with the service or product you received please reach out via chatbox below. Be sure to include your name, order number or appointment confirmation.
  • Are appointment deposits refundable?
    Deposits that are paid to secure hair appointments are non refundable unless the appointment is canceled at no fault of your own. If the appointment is canceled at clients will the deposit will be forfeited. These deposits can be transferred only once.
  • What forms of payments are accepted?
    Cash, debit and credit card
  • Is custom coloring available?
    Yes. Custom coloring is available if the extensions are purchased from The Kae Kollection.
  • What forms of payments are accepted?
    Debit and credit card for online orders. Cash only for the remaining balance at the appointment
  • Will extensions will be included in the display price?
    When viewing the prices for installs, extensions are not included in the price. When viewing the prices for custom units, extensions are not included in the display price. Once the lace and inches are added on the final price will be displayed.
  • How long will TKK Luxe Extensions last?
    Our brand is known for it's top quality investment extensions and we'd like you to hold us to that. With proper care your extensions will last at least 2-3 years
  • Are extra guest permitted to appointments?
    No. Due to limited space we ask that you reframe from bringing kids or any extra guests
  • Can local orders be scheduled for pick up?
    Yes. Customers who are located in Orlando, Fl are able to select pick up for orders. When the order is complete customers will receive a email notifying them that the order is ready for pick up. I.d. and order confirmation must be presented at time of pick up
  • How to I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
    To reschedule or cancel an appointment you can do so through the confirmation email that you received at the time of booking. If the appointment changes aren't made prior to 12 hours before the appointment the deposit will be forfeited.
  • When should lace closures/frontals be dropped off for customizing?
    For clients with appointments scheduled for lace closure or frontal installs I ask that all closures and frontals are dropped off 1-3 days prior to the appointment. Clients with appointments scheduled for Wednesday are to come Wednesday- Saturday for drop off. Unless "Same day customizing" was added on at the time of booking. Drop off hours are Wednesday-Saturday 9:30am-6:30pm
  • Are emergency/after hours appointments available?
    Yes. Clients looking to schedule on a Sunday, Monday & Tuesday or after 7pm are to request the appointment via the chatbox below. Please list the service and day you're looking to come. Emergency appointment & appointments after 7pm are an additional $45. Appointments on Sunday-Tuesday are an additional $100 as I am off on those days.
